1. Business management, co-work with internal and business partner to achieve sales target.

2. Beauty Consultant management, training and motivate the team.

美容顾问管理，培训与激励团队。

3. Counter operation, maintain professional image of the counter and ensure perfect execution.

专柜运作，维护专柜专业形象和确保专柜完美执行。

Qualifications

Qualifications 基本要求：

1. Education Background: Bachelor degree or above

(Can be extended to College Degree if you have related work experiences.)

学历：本科及以上学历（有相关工作经验可适当放宽）

2. Interests: Interested in Skin Care and Beauty Industry.

兴趣：对护肤品和美尚行业感兴趣

3. Capabilities: Strong leadership and communication skills. Good at team motivation and management.

能力：具有较强的领导能力和沟通能力，善于激励和管理团队

4. Personalities: Outgoing and good at building and maintaining relationships with others.

性格：性格外向，善于建立和维护人际关系

5. Skills: Familiar with using PC and basic English communication skill.
