You will engage in joint business planning with trade customers to achieve strong distribution, in-store presence and merchandising plans for P&G Brands. You will also be responsible in managing and optimizing promotion funds to deliver business growth in key accounts
·  Learn from a 'Hands-On' Approach - You will spend 80% of the time in your first year in customers' stores; ensuring the success of our plans with customers, interacting with shoppers an store personnel, and influencing how our brands perform in-stores. You will be responsible in implementing P&G initiatives especially in new product launches with speed and excellence
·  Grow to Your Potential - Through a comprehensive training program designed to cultivate your skills and talents, you will be empowered to succeed. You will be given assignments at higher levels, with larger and more challenging responsibilities, as you consistently deliver outstanding results. you will be expose to quality coverage planning to ensure operational efficiency

Qualifications

We need people who:

·  Have strong academic credentials - Fresh Graduates with a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline, or Professionals with NO More than 2- 3 years' experience looking to upgrade their careers
·  Have actively participated, and consistently held leadership positions in extra-curricular activities, either from or outside of school
·  Have consistently demonstrated, through school, ECAs, or work - strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills, cognitive thought, problem solving skills, creativity and innovation
