The Opportunity:

P&G Oral Care is creating a Future of Marketing in-house strategic media team to deliver breakthrough media plans and digital media execution in close partnership with our Brands. This team will include both Strategic Media Planners and Digital Media Traders. The Search/Social Trader will sit on location with the business in Mason, OH and will be accountable for leading tactical Search & Social planning/buying for a portfolio of brands and collaborating across an integrated team of internal and external partners to ensure media plans are delivered flawlessly in line with P&G standards and Brand objectives.

This Digital Trader will fully manage Brand Paid Search & Social campaigns across all key digital platforms. A successful Digital Trader will effectively set up, manage and optimize campaigns and work with the strategic planner to maximize campaign KPIs for multiple marketing objectives including DTC and CPA campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

·  Work with strategic planner and Brand to create Paid Search (including Keyword and Bid strategy) and Social (Audience, Tactics) plans based on Brand priorities
·  Own Paid Search and Social campaign set up, execution and reporting in native platforms.
·  Track daily performance and KPI’s in line with Brand goals & objectives (i.e. CPA, CPC, SOV, etc.)
·  Make & activate Social campaign optimization recommendations to Brand Goals
·  Manage Campaign Ad Operations including ad server tagging and trafficking
·  Present campaign reporting and insights to strategic planners and brand teams
·  Work closely with Digital Partners (Google, FB, Snap, etc) to understand capabilities and act as subject matter expert
·  Assists in day-to-day client communication

The Ideal Candidate:

·  Proven Digital marketing experience and success managing digital campaigns
·  Digital Partner & Marketplace Certifications - Google Analytics, Google Search, Facebook Ads
·  Well-versed in performance marketing, conversion, and awareness marketing
·  Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in search engine marketing
·  Strong analytical skills and experience generating digital reporting
·  Familiarity with A/B and multivariate experiments

Qualifications

Requirements:

·  Minimum of Associates Degree; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
·  2+ years Digital Campaign Execution Experience
·  Expertise in key Search andSocialnative interfaces/UI used to execute search media campaigns and analytics
·  Well versed in Google AdWords, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager
·  Experience with performance, conversion, and awareness marketing
