Procter & Gamble's Purchases discipline is part of the Product Supply function and has significant responsibility for developing and executing the sourcing strategies for the Company's multi-billion dollar goods and services purchases needed to produce best-in-class consumer products.

Scope of the job:

• Develop and implement Sourcing Strategy and Execution (via Competitive Bidding or Negotiation) for the following services: Point of Sales Material(POSM) & Packaging design, Celebrities, Influencers, Public Relations Agencies, advertising Agencies and Entertainment (Branded Entertainment and Sponsorships).

• Develop relationships with internal partners of any given brand to design sourcing interventions that meet their needs.

• Extend payment terms with external vendors to meet P&G cash flow targets.

• Ensure all spend under management is negotiated ensuring 100% compliance with internal processes.

• Develop strategic relationships with external partners needed, this includes negotiation of commercial conditions and agreements, bidding of services, ensure onboarding of supplier.

• Lead the performance of third parties/vendors via KPI tracking and implementation of performance driven compensation.

• Deep market analysis/industry analysis of the Creative industry. Become a guide on this space and be able to perform should cost analysis. Bring new suppliers to P&G that meet needs of Brands.

• Interact with payments team to develop strategies to increase pre-sourced solutions.

Qualifications

Skills required for this role:

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in agencies providing marketing services, in marketing function or sourcing.

2. Profile: people working on Purchases in the Creative Area or resources with experience working in Agencies (creative, media) willing to work in Purchases.

3. Leadership. Evidence of the ability to lead projects and influence peers. Must be very proactive and self-motivated. Capacity to recognize opportunities and take the maximum advantage.

4. Priority Setting / Capacity - effectively prioritize and manage activities. Able to clearly setting priorities while meeting business needs.

5. Collaboration: Evidence of the ability to deal effectively with people across organizations, including bosses and peers. Work effectively across countries. Ability to collaborate in and out of own organization.

6. Bachelor’s degree completed in related area, post degree or mater degree is a plus.

7. Language: advanced English level, advanced Spanish, Portuguese is a plus.
