As an HR intern,you will be responsible for leadingimprovements in the area ofassessments,organizationaldesigns, transitions,orwork process improvements.This is not your typical HR internship – you will have truly meaningful projects to work on.

At this internship, your projects will deliver leading edge deep understanding in areas such as employee engagement, benefits, compensation, employee and labor relations, recruiting, training and development.To do so, you will interact with managers from various hierarchical levels, and autonomously lead your project.

As we know this is challenging, we make sure that you receive a customized learning plan to ensure you get the right level of coaching, mentorship and formal training as you deliver your work.

This internship can also be offered as a gap-year internship.

Qualifications

We are looking for Bachelor's/Master's students , who :

Lovesolving and analyzing problems to build creative solutions

· 
Know how to set priorities and deliver what you commit to

· 
Are able to workin a multicultural and diverse environment

· 
Havethe ability to learn on the job in a rapidly changing environment

· 
Exhibitgood interpersonal skills to persuade, influence and adapt communication stylesto different situations and individuals

· 
Can communicate in both,English and German
