At our London Plant we are looking to recruit an engineering graduate to take the role of Process Engineer where responsibilities range from production process analysis and optimization, equipment improvement and design to working with global teams to develop and maintain the latest lean technology standards. With our principle of job rotation, you can develop your abilities and career with focus on people responsibility or technical / project responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

·  Design, implement and maintain systems to collect and analyse data for critical product and process parameters.
·  Use this data to identify process losses.
·  Work with line management to prioritise improvement opportunities.
·  Eliminate or reduce (prioritised) losses through making process or work system changes.
·  Own critical daily management systems, e.g. centre-lining (run-to-target).
·  Use Reliability Engineering tools to drive centre-lining and loss elimination
·  Standardise equipment and work processes. Own the change management system for a designated process. Update process control strategies and operating procedures as changes occur.

Qualifications

Requirements for the role:

To be considered for this role, you must have the appropriate skill and capability from the following criteria:

·  Be a university graduate who has already completed their university studies in an engineering-related subject.
·  Fluent ability to communicate in English.
