The Finance Analyst job represents an entry level functional expert job which has key responsibilities to coordinate and support the preparation and reconciliation of financial data to support management reporting and decisions for a particular business unit. This may relate to product costs, people costs, marketing spending or full Profit and Loss reports.

The role primarily works together with the finance team including the Finance Leader of the Organization Unit but also has cross functional interactions. It is an assignment that requires strong information system, collaboration and communication skills with the ability to manage varied priorities. In addition, the person is also helping with ad-hoc reports and standardization of the processes.

Qualifications

Key responsibilities and qualifications we are lookingfor:

Information system: Technical skills in term of financialplanning system and in-house reporting tools as well as advanced level Exceland preferably knowledge of Power BI.

Analysis: Business problem solving skill; Quick analysis andmanipulation of large quantities of data, recognizing anomalies in dataextraction, and headline deviations vs expectations. Use judgement to quicklyand independently route cause an issue, drive resolution via the relevantcorporate resources.

Communication: Collaborates effectively within and acrossGeographies and organizational boundaries. Builds effective networks thatresolve technical or system issues quickly, whilst understanding customerneeds. Potential for interaction with senior management once individual hasrelevant experience, so communication skills are important.

Operational Discipline: Manage multiple priorities withintight deadlines as part of the regular monthly processes and proactivelyescalating issues.

Good English level required (Oral and written)

Bachelor’s degree not required
