Junior Finance Manager

Earliest start date: Immediately

Work schedule: Full time

Your career may begin in one of the many exciting financial management roles, e.g. within (1) commercial finance , where you will be responsible for managing the financials of one of our product categories including new product launches to the market, (2) sales finance where you will be leading the joint business planning with our customers, along with the P&G sales team, (3) plant finance where you will be responsible for the cost management of one of our manufacturing sites, (3) Global Internal Audit where you will lead the audit engagements for P&G across the EIMEA region, and many more. In all of the roles, you will be expected to exhibit top-notch analytical and leadership skills to be able to influence the decision making in the different parts of our business.

Due to our “promote from within” policy, we put a very heavy focus on the development of each individual. The Procter&Gamble Finance&Accounting managerial path involves rotation of roles to enable finance managers to develop a broad skill set, needed to lead our finance organization.

Desired profile

We are looking for:

·  master's degree graduates
·  maximum 3 years of experience on accounting/ financial positions
·  strong numerical and analytical skills
·  ability to show effective leadership, to solve problems and to set priorities
·  excellent collaboration skills and the ability to work within diverse organizations and teams
·  very good command of the English language.
