The Business Assistant Global Baby &Fem Care Purchasing is responsible for:
- Manage Director's and 3 ADs' calendars and help collect agenda / materials in advance for key meetings
- Manage mailboxes for Baby/Fem Purchasing Geneva team, internal mail, fax, parcel pick up, send express and confidential mails and information
- Travel booking and expenses and worldwide travel for 1 Director and 3 ADs. Arrange basic to difficult last minute visa request and ensure follow up as needed
- Consult and train the Baby/Fem Purchasing organization on travel expense matters
- Track B/F Purchasing global travel budget
- Lead organization of complex meetings and events with participants coming from various regions around the world /various levels, incl. external suppliers.
- Produce and maintain orga charts, supplier and internal distribution lists.
- Manage e-forms changes needed for Hygiene E-IMEA team
- Conduct SAP access reviews

- Software knowledge: Outlook, Microsoft Work, Excel, Power Point, Video
- Languages: fluency in English a must (French a nice to have)
- Ability to work autonomously
- Complexity: ability to work with many internal business partners around the world (Purchases, Finance, GMDSO, PS Platform, MSM/SNO) and external business partners (Suppliers)
- Excellent organization, time management skills and attention to details
- Excellent communication & collaboration skills
- Flexibility and ability to handle frequent changes and multiple priorities
- Minimum of a commercial diploma “CFC” (but no university degree)
