브랜드 매니지먼트를 세상에 처음으로 내보인 피앤지는 오늘날도 브랜드 매니징의 혁신을 선도하고 있다. 브랜드 매니저는 전담 브랜드의 CEO처럼스스로의 비전을 가지고 브랜드를 키워나가는 역할을 하며 소비자 심리를 날카롭게 파악하여 이를 바탕으로 마케팅 전략을 기획 및 추진하여 사업성과를 이루어낼 수 있는 역량을 발휘해야 한다.

Marketing, also commonly known as Brand Management, is a one of our core functions behind the success of our business. A career in Marketing at P&G involves combining world-class marketing mastery with business leadership to create and build brands that improve consumers' lives. You will begin your career in Marketing as an Assistant Brand Manager and from your first day on the job, you will be given immediate project responsibility.

Role & Responsibility

A. Business Management

-Lead Vision, Objective, Strategy & Plan development for the brand for short- & long-term, based on data/input from multifunction

-Propose final recommendation & drive decision making on key business strategies, plans and investments for the brand

-Lead Multifunctional team as the Brand leader to proactively lead strategy,m plan development and deliver objectives

B. Consumer Marketing

-Consumer & Shopper understanding

-Lead Marketing Strategy & Plan development & Execution (Who, What, How)

-Brand Equity Management across all touch points, future initiative plans & marketing campaigns

Desired profile

자격요건:




- 대한민국 국적자

- 학사학위 이상 소지자

- 해외여행에 결격사유가 없는 자

- 강한 리더십과 오너십, 전략적 사고 능력, 추진력 갖춘 자

- 영어 및 한국어 커뮤니케이션 능력자

- 3 년 이내의 디지털 마케팅 또는온라인 채널 관련 경험이 있는자

우대사항:




- 가전 (Appliances) 관련 경험이 있는 자
