Your Role

As an Assistant Brand Manager, you will have opportunity to work on brands, driving the business results. You will engage with multi-disciplinary teams (including Sales, Finance, Product Supply, Advertising, and Media Agencies) to develop top strategies for your brand's success.

You will lead a mix of Marketing and Brand Management projects enabling you to show the breadth and depth of your leadership. You will need to derive insights from the data, which will enable brand leaders as they set the direction for brand growth. For this role, your main responsibilities will be as below:

Develop media strategy and media plan based on business target

· 
Define role and tactics across media type to meet business objective

· 
Provide media review and data analysis to identify media opportunity and action plan

· 
Corporate media budget and operation management

· 
Lead internal organization media capability and external agency management

Qualifications

We want someone with:

·  3+ years of experience in media agency or corporate in-house media team with related experience in managing multi-national brand media planning/Ecommerce media planning/ Social media planning/ managing media data and analytics/ working with media agency.
·  Data and programmatic management experience is preferred
·  A Bachelor or Master degree
·  Excellent visionary, strategic and courageous leadership skills
·  Strengths with strategic and analytical thinking
·  An ability to drive innovation and brand growth
·  Strong ability to communicate and team capabilities
