Overview of the job
Do you know that P&G’s India, Middle East & Africa (IMEA) Hair Care Business is a strategically important category for our global Hair Care organization? It is a dynamic and evolving market with ample opportunities to tap on and derive meaningful consumer insights.

In this role, you will develop expertise in the IMEA consumers habits & practices, how it evolves during/post COVID-19 pandemic as well as hair care technologies currently in the market.

Your key mission is to identify and lead the effort for consumer learnings for Hair Care IMEA Product Portfolio optimization to deliver meaningful consumer values.

Your Team
Located at the P&G Singapore Innovation Center, you will part of the product research IMEA Hair Care organization. You will have the opportunity work in multi-functional teams and engage with both internal and external partners.

How Success Looks Like
Over time, you will be a Hair Care IMEA product research portfolio specialist. Success in this role is to enable and lead the product portfolio optimization. You will also effectively lead all aspects of the R&D product research activities to deliver business objective. The expectation of the role also involves partnering and influencing global R&D team members as well as the Product Supply organization.

Key Responsibilities
•Design, execute, and analyze consumer insights and claims' tests results
•Lead product study in the labs and consumer studies
•Understand consumer needs and work with multi-functional teams to develop new strategies to delight our consumers
•Partner with technologists to develop and test out prototypes
•Capture key insights and technical findings from research projects and share results & recommendations in a clear succinct manner

Qualifications

•Masters degree in Science, Engineering or related fields
•Strong ownership & self-leadership skills to understand the business objective, local context and business landscape to deliver the required outcomes
•Effective oral and written communication skills is a must
•Able to work independently, prioritize and perform in a fast-paced environment
•Excellent problem-solving skills and uses data to connect multiple ideas and develop solutions.
•Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with people from different cultures and levels, both internally and externally
