Marketing Assistant

We are Proactive. We provide staff, training and customer experience consultancy across the transport sector in and around London.

Vibrant, fun-loving, socially conscious company with start-up vibes seeks proactive, creative and well-organised super star to learn and grow as a core support to our flourishing marketing department.

The role will ask of you both people facing and computer competence, broad marketing and PR interest and tight organisational skills. Working closely with our Marketing Manager you will be helping to plan, build and manage regular events, department admin, monthly newsletters, social media management and reporting, business development research as well as a variety of projects and initiatives that land on our desk.

Must have:
- Fluent professional written English
- Core computer skills
- Professional phone manner
- Experience with one or more of the following is a bonus:
- Basic graphic design competence (Adobe Suite and/or HTML familiarity a huge plus)
- Competence planning, collating and presenting research
- Digital marketing familiarity (mainly social media planning and reporting)

This is quite a broad role and requires flexibility and a self-starting attitude but if you don’t tick all the boxes don’t worry!
