We are looking for a fashion loving customer focused and product driven, full time Retail Specialist. This role will assist the Department Manager with the responsibility for the commercial (sales and merchandising) plans for the department/subsection along with customer service and the in store experience.

Candidate Profile:
·  At least 2 years of retail experience or a combination of experience and education
·  Strong communication skills and a high sense of accountability
·  Ability to prioritize while working in a fast paced, high sales volume environment
·  Comfortable learning to use/using reports to track merchandise and sales information
·  Proactively work to help support business decisions and directives in store
·  Customer service oriented
