As a Department Manager with us, you’ll be a vital part of our Retail Management team, shaping the way we work in Warsaw and leading a team of ambitious colleagues. It’s an amazing opportunity. And a chance to influence how people across the country see Primark.

What you’ll be doing
You will be responsible for the success of your specific department. Whether you’re motivating employees or managing stock levels, your commercial awareness and positivity will be crucial to ensuring that customers are happy, and that sales performance is high. This is a hands-on role that will see you looking after every aspect of your department’s day-to-day running - from budgets and recruiting and training staff to operational and safety issues.

What you’ll need
Enthusiastic and energetic, you will need to have least three years’ management experience in a retail environment. Ideally, this will have been in fashion retail. What’s certain is that you’ll know how to communicate, how to lead and inspire others, and how to keep customers satisfied. You should be excellence-driven and definitely not afraid of sales targets. In fact, you’ll love the challenge of meeting and exceeding them.
