Assembly maintenance technician

Job description

MAIN ACTIVITIES:
- carries out repairs, replacements of damaged mechanical and electrical parts of machinery,
- carry out regular preventive maintenance of the facilities allocated to the maintenance plan and record them,
- Diagnosis and troubleshooting during operation,
- make written records of failures and corrections with their analysis and precautionary measures,
- maintains the order in the documentation (technical drawings, diagrams, operating instructions, etc.) and records and records each change in writing and archives,
- cooperates with external companies in service, middle and general repairs, revisions, installation of new machinery,
- performs further activities according to his / her knowledge and according to instructions from his / her supervisor,

- controls the principle of the activities of the assigned facilities,
- controls the principle of the tire, hydraulics and their function in the allocated devices,
- orientation in the technical documentation (manuals, diagrams, mechanical, electrical),
- Controls functional plans for all devices on the line (manual, automatic mode),
- Basic knowledge of the operation and maintenance of FANUC robots,
- basic knowledge of robot operation, control in manual setting mode and maintenance mode
