·  Ensure compliance with all company standards and legislation (Health, Safety & Environment)
·  Manage the Maintenance Team
·  Define, organise and control (Physical and Financial control) the equipment spares.
·  Order and liaise with suppliers for spares and services
·  Track and report on the Maintenance IPI’s
·  Manage and control technical data
·  Participate in new projects for new equipment installations and modifications
·  Manage the maintenance budgets
·  Project manage major maintenance works
·  Ensure all processes and equipment are in line with group best practice and manufacturing are following the PO standards.
·  Focus on cost reduction opportunities in production
