·  leads new projects within injection process in cooperation with Project Manager
·  coordinates team and lead the work of technicians
·  defines the process standards, yearly targets and key indicators
·  monitors and reports the implementation of action plan
·  defines trainings and trains the team
·  suggest progressive changes into technological processes in order to improve the productivity
·  implements new technological processes
·  provides design documentation of new processes – is a key user of SW Mattec
·  monitors the process parameters
·  suggest the solutions in need to raise production capacity
·  implements 'best practices' in cooperation with division of industrial department
·  motivates the team being independent in technical skills
·  monitors the new technologies on the market
·  performs audits of technological processes and injection tools
·  participates to R&I in project development

Profile

·  University education (tool construction or injection tool design)
·  Min. 3 years experiences in injection/tool design
·  English fluently, German – advantage
·  Willingness to travel
·  Time flexibility
·  Sense for detail, technical design thinking
·  Managerial skills
