Job description
You will be working as a junior HR Controller in the HR department, and will support the HR team for staffing our plant in Tulipan.
Your main tasks will be:
· Being in charge of the coordination of projects related to alignment between three plants in Poland
· Staffing the plants (job descriptions, recruiting, …)
· Controlling and merging payroll in one country team
· Liaising with HR managers and Plants managers as project contributor
Profile
You are a highly motivated young graduate from a recognized business school or university with specialization in HR.
You have an interest for the automotive industry and a first experience or internship in HR. You have a good command in Excel and PowerPoint.
You speak fluent English and a foreign language can be plus.
You are a team player, a self-learner and have demonstrated some leadership. You are open minded and with a serious desire to learn, as well as a clear willingness to embark on an international career
