MISSION:

To provide controllership for all aspects of commercial activities related to sales pricing, volume and special situations such as productivity, etc..

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

·  Provide sales, volume and pricing inputs and analysis for monthly closing, forecasting, budgeting and strat plan; includes service revenues.
·  Review and analyze major customer changes such as pricing, resin surcharges, productivity agreements, etc.
·  Maintain weekly PDCA with sales team to review open issues and to stay informed of commercial changes.
·  Lead weekly Sales/Purchasing/Finance team meeting to ensure that all commercial changes are communicated properly and that pricing changes are approved by Finance in a timely manner.
·  Leadership for all accounts receivable, managing one AR associate. Includes: monitoring of all self-bill activity, pricing from customers, management and reporting of past dues.
·  Ensure that quality deductions are properly understood and reflected in financial statements.
·  Lead cross functional team with IT to automate and improve speed and accuracy of receivables activity such as retro billing; seek systems enhancements where appropriate.
·  Maintain adequate documentation of the AR process (both systems related and the Finance process flow).
·  Assist with other special projects within the team as needed.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

·  4-year college degree (Major in Business) or equivalent.
·  MBA, CPA, CMA a plus.
