MISSION
- Provide a Quality support to Research projects in agreement with the INPRO Research process (methodology for innovation projects) and procedures
- Ensure the limitation of risk within Research projects
- Maintain and upgrade, under the responsibility of the Quality manager, the Quality Systems of INERGY-Research to be compliant with ISO/TS 16 949
TASKS
GENERAL
- Provide a Quality support to Research projects in agreement with the INPRO Research process and procedures ?Ensure the respect of INPRO-R process by the project
?Animate and provide a support to functional analysis, D&P FMEAs
?Define and follow project deliverables
?Assess the quality of the project (dashboard quality sheet)
- Ensure the limitation of risk within Research projects ?Ensure the follow-up of project risks, open issues and non-compliancies in Research projects, support the building of action plan and check their application
?Ensure the control of the quality of the prototype parts delivered to customers and for testing
- Maintain and upgrade, under the responsibility of the quality manager, the Quality Systems of INERGY-Research to be compliant with ISO/TS 16 949 ?Review and upgrade of all controlled documents (processes and instructions) in accordance to the current situation and functioning of INERGY-Research
SKILLS
- Electromechanical or Mechanical Engineer with quality orientated background or experience
- Knowledge of Quality tools & methodologies (DFMEAS, risk analysis, 8D, ...)
- lAptitude in assertivity, communication and training
- Fluent in English and French
