Advise customers via email and telephone for the perfect trips and options
Prospect new clients and present our different products
Edit custom quotes
Follow up with clients and close deals
Monitor the reception of payment
Coordinate activities bookings and organization with local suppliers
Coordinate flight and accommodation bookings with Booking Managers
Identify improvements in terms of products quality
Provide customer support after booking: get feedback and suggestions, manage claims and litigation reimbursements

Student or graduate in marketing/business
German/Dutch native
Fluent English
Good communication skills
First experience in front or telephone sales is a plus
