Job description

You will be responsible for calling the users of the website, offering them help and explaining them about the newly launched secure booking system.



Product Improvement (30%):

Analyze the behaviour of users
Save feedback on a regular basis
Improve the website based on feedback
Report directly to Head of Customer Care
Customer Care (70%):

Call advertisers to verify their rooms
Contact and support users
Inform users on advantatges and the new secure booking system

Desired profile

Opportunity for students or recent graduates
You must be a citizen or have lived in: Germany, Sweden, Italy, Spain, Denmark, Finland, the UK or Ireland
Excellent English and fluent in any language from the countries above
Ability to work independently and show leadership
