Trackside Engineer - Motorsport

Within the Car Racing Motorsport, the activity is focused on the management of the relationships on a technical base between Pirelli and the customers (teams, manufacturers, promoters) promoting the correct use of the products and the respect of the internal procedures. In particular:

· Engineering and technical support to motorsport championships, being the Pirelli technical representative for specific series or application, data collection and events reporting;
· Contribute to build an effective map of the various usages of the products in the motorsport catalogue in order to be able to provide synthetic and precise information to Product's and Market's;
· Support the manufacturers in any development activity of new racing projects;
· Support to the trackside engineering worldwide.

Requisitions:

· Master Degree
· 2-5 years’ experience
· Outlook, excel, access, power point
· performance analysis
· Vehicle dynamics
· Racing activities and events management
· Interpretation of regulations
· Tyre construction and design basics
· Good in develo ping relationships
· Understanding customer needs
· Identify targets for product development
