Responsibilities:

· booking of invoices, bank statements, payrolls, etc.;
· settlement and recording of national and international business trips;
· making entries to the SAP system;
· making reports to GUS, NBP, etc.;
· management of details to Intrastat;
· monitoring of settlements and liabilities;
· controlling and verifying of customers’ data in the SAP system (balance control);
· archiving of accounting documents;
· supporting the Call Center Department;
· active participation in preparing the periodic accounting records and financial statements (quarterly and yearly).

Requirements:

· master degree, preferably in accountancy, economics or finance;
· good knowledge of English;
· good knowledge of Excel enabling every day work with complex functions;
· SAP knowledge will be an asset;
· customer focus, eagerness to learn and develop;
· perfect organization, accuracy;
· analythical thinking ability, involvement;
· group work abilities.
