Job description

Concretely after a formation period and in collaboration with your tutor you'll be able to:
Welcoming and inform the clients on the stay conditions: breakfast hours, Annex services, Wi-Fi, particulars requests.
Manage the departures and the arrivals: Check-in/ check out
Actualize the information at clients disposal (brochures, catalogues, business cards)
Promote the proposed services by the hotel ( Commercial dimension)
Manage the bookings: emails, phone calls, and use the specific software
Calculate and report the hotel bookings rates to the Yield Manager.

Desired profile

You are in tourism, languages, hotel industry formation. You are available for 4 to 6 months and speak a fluent english.
You are organised and autonome.
