Dans ce rôle vous aurez l'opportunité de

mettre en oeuvre vos compétences en recrutement 2.0 pour influencer notre croissance en recrutant les meilleurs candidats au sein des écoles et des universités. Vous serez responsable de l'exécution de notre stratégie en maintenant une présence active de Philips dans les établissements cibles en Europe du Sud.

Vos principales missions incluent

·  La gestion du processus de A à Z de recrutement des jeunes diplômés, graduate programs, stagires et apprentis pour la France et l'Italie
·  L'accompagnement des managers dans leur définition de besoins présents et futurs de profils Campus, afin de répondre aux attentes futures de l'entreprise en terme de compétences
·  La définition de la stratégie d'attraction et de rétention de profils Campus pour la région que vous gérez, dans l'objectif de répondre aux objectifs de qualité des recrutements Campus fixés par l'entreprise.
·  Le développement des relations et partenariats avec les écoles et universités -clé et le déploiement des outils de communication et d'attraction définis pour attirer les talents dans les domaines identifiés comme prioritaires.

Vous faites partie de

L'équipe Campus Recruitment EMEA et rapportez au Campus Manager EMEA basé aux Pays-Bas. Vous êtes localement au sein des équipes Talent Acquisition South Europe basées à Suresnes (92).

Pour réussir, vous aurez les principaux atouts suivants:

·  Formation niveau Master type Ecole de Commerce ou de Management
·  Au moins 2 ans d'expérience en gestion de process de recrutement end-to end, avec une première expérience des recrutements de profils junior et étudiants
·  Expérience dans l'utilisation des medias sociaux à des fins de recrutement
·  Expérience dans la mise en place de partenariats innovants avec les universités et grandes écoles
·  Orientation client et résultats
·  Excellentes capacités de conviction, sens des priorités, force de proposition et créativité
·  Excellente maîtrise de l'anglais et du français à l'oral comme à l'écrit

Your challenge

You are responsible for attracting University and Bachelor talent for Philips. You will manage the execution of the recruitment strategy through planning, event execution, maintaining an active presence on campus and candidate management.

Your responsibility

Working as a Campus Recruiter for Philips, you will develop a strategic relationship with colleges and universities to drive a campus relationship recruiting model that enables our organization to hire the desired university or bachelor talent on an ongoing basis and ensure we can compete effectively in the market. In this role you are end to end in control of the recruitment process for internships, apprenticeships and graduate vacancies for the South Europe (France, Iberia, Italy, Israel, Greece) region.

Your main responsibilities are:

·  Handling our graduate recruitment vacancies and provide the business with suitable candidates by effectively screening all relevant applicants, and make recommendations to hiring managers for interview selection. During the whole recruitment process you will keep the hiring manager and candidates up to date about the status.
·  Assist in the implementation of our EMEA campus recruitment strategy and enhance the organization's brand and reputation at designated universities across Europe.
·  Establish relationships with key campus stakeholders by contacting them on a regular base.
·  Building talent pools for campus candidates
·  Ensure that our applicant tracking systems (Taleo and Avature) are consistently and effectively used to provide accurate recruitment metrics and compliance.
·  Stay up to date with regards to knowledge about the labor market, graduate recruitment and sourcing tools.
·  Develop, plan and participate as possible in campus activities such as presentations, career fairs, interviews etc.

Organization

Philips Talent Acquisition is a Centre of Expertise in our HR organization. Together with HR Managers, HR Business Partners, other Centre's of Expertise and Philips People Services we deliver HR Services to Philips employees and managers at all stages of the career cycle.

In the EMEA Talent Acquisition team, Talent Acquisition Consultants, Sourcing Specialists, Recruitment Marketing Specialists and an Operations support team work closely together to hire the best people for Philips. In this role you will be part of the EMEA Campus Team which consists of 5 people located in several European countries (Netherlands, Germany and Poland).

We are looking for

You are suitable for this challenging role when you have a Bachelor/Master degree, combined with 1 to 3 years proven experience within the Campus Recruitment field preferably within a professional search & selection agency or within a corporate recruitment environment. You have experience in recruiting young professionals. We expect you to have a broad experience in the professional use of social media to approach and attract young talent. Since the role of Campus Recruiter deals with a large variety of activities and different stakeholders, we expect you to be structured, combined with excellent communication and influencing skills to drive performance and great results.

Furthermore, to be successful in this role, you must have:

• A strong customer focus and the ability to proactively engage in constant improvement

• Excellent analytical skills in combination with a pragmatic approach which suits the dynamics of recruitment

• A service orientated way of working

• Strong planning and organizational skills that contributes to the overall success of Talent Acquisition

·  Fluent in English, French and Spanish, both verbally and in writing. Hebrew is a plus.
