Vous souhaitez mettre en oeuvre vos compétences en recrutement 2.0 pour influencer notre croissance en recrutant les meilleurs candidats au sein des écoles et des universités. Vous serez responsable de l'exécution de notre stratégie en maintenant une présence active de Philips dans les établissements cibles en Europe du Sud.
Vos missions
En tant que Campus Recruiter, vous développez les partenariats stratégiques avec les formations de niveau Licence 3 à Master 2 afin de répondre aux besoins de Philips, en compétition avec l'ensemble des acteurs du marché. Vous assurez le recrutement des jeunes diplômés, graduate programs, stagiaires et apprentis pour la France, l'Italie, l'Espagne et apportez un soutien logistique à notre équipe basée en Israel.
Vos principales responsabilités sont :
· Gestion du processus de recrutement en lien avec les managers, en apportant les conseils nécessaires à son bon déroulement
· Déploiement de notre stratégie Campus EMEA et de nos communications auprès des établissements identifiés sur la zone
· Etablissement et maintien des relations avec les interlocuteurs en charge des entreprises
· Identification des talents
· Développement, planification et participation aux différents événements Campus (présentations, cas d'entreprise, jurys, salons, forums, etc.

Philips Talent Acquisition est un Centre d'Expertise RH offrant ses services aux collaborateurs et managers de Philips, en collaboration avec les autres équipes RH, tout au long de leur carrière.
Dans l'équipe Talent Acquisition EMEA, nos consultants en recrutement et nos équipes sourcing, marcom et opérations, travaillent de concert afin de recruter les meilleurs candidats pour Philips. Dans ce poste, vous appartiendrez à l'équipe Campus EMEA, composée de 5 recruteurs localisés aux Pays-Bas, en Allemagne, en Pologne et en France.
Votre profil
Master 1 ou 2 avec au minimum 2 ans d'expérience en campus recruitment
Expérience des médias sociaux dans le cadre du recrutement de profils juniors
Expérience dans la mise en place de partenariats internationaux avec les universités et grandes écoles
Orientation client avec une grande énergie et une forte capacité de conviction
Organisé(e), structure(e)
Excellente maîtrise de l'anglais et du français, bonne maîtrise de l'espagnol

You are responsible for attracting University and Bachelor talent for Philips. You will manage the execution of the recruitment strategy through planning, event execution, maintaining an active presence on campus and candidate management.
Your responsibility
Working as a Campus Recruiter for Philips, you will develop a strategic relationship with colleges and universities to drive a campus relationship recruiting model that enables our organization to hire the desired university or bachelor talent on an ongoing basis and ensure we can compete effectively in the market. In this role you are end to end in control of the recruitment process for internships, apprenticeships and graduate vacancies for the South Europe (France, Iberia, Italy, Israel, Greece) region.
Your main responsibilities are:
· Handling our graduate recruitment vacancies and provide the business with suitable candidates by effectively screening all relevant applicants, and make recommendations to hiring managers for interview selection. During the whole recruitment process you will keep the hiring manager and candidates up to date about the status.
· Assist in the implementation of our EMEA campus recruitment strategy and enhance the organization's brand and reputation at designated universities across Europe.
· Establish relationships with key campus stakeholders by contacting them on a regular base.
· Building talent pools for campus candidates
· Ensure that our applicant tracking systems (Taleo and Avature) are consistently and effectively used to provide accurate recruitment metrics and compliance.
· Stay up to date with regards to knowledge about the labor market, graduate recruitment and sourcing tools.
· Develop, plan and participate as possible in campus activities such as presentations, career fairs, interviews etc.

Philips Talent Acquisition is a Centre of Expertise in our HR organization. Together with HR Managers, HR Business Partners, other Centre's of Expertise and Philips People Services we deliver HR Services to Philips employees and managers at all stages of the career cycle.
In the EMEA Talent Acquisition team, Talent Acquisition Consultants, Sourcing Specialists, Recruitment Marketing Specialists and an Operations support team work closely together to hire the best people for Philips. In this role you will be part of the EMEA Campus Team which consists of 5 people located in several European countries (Netherlands, Germany and Poland).
We are looking for
You are suitable for this challenging role when you have a Bachelor/Master degree, combined with 1 to 3 years proven experience within the Campus Recruitment field preferably within a professional search & selection agency or within a corporate recruitment environment. You have experience in recruiting young professionals. We expect you to have a broad experience in the professional use of social media to approach and attract young talent. Since the role of Campus Recruiter deals with a large variety of activities and different stakeholders, we expect you to be structured, combined with excellent communication and influencing skills to drive performance and great results.
Furthermore, to be successful in this role, you must have:
• A strong customer focus and the ability to proactively engage in constant improvement
• Excellent analytical skills in combination with a pragmatic approach which suits the dynamics of recruitment
• A service orientated way of working
• Strong planning and organizational skills that contributes to the overall success of Talent Acquisition
· Fluent in English, French and Spanish, both verbally and in writing. Hebrew is a plus.
