Your responsibilities

·  Maintains P-FMEAs, Quality Control Plans, SPC after product/process development;
·  Performs post-market product quality analysis following trends form internal and external data;
·  Leads quality related problem solving and root cause analysis in Manufacturing;
·  Supports and leads process improvement activities. Verifies and validates processes after changes and plans/records;
·  Aims to minimize the costs of reworking or waste;
·  Manages all quality-related issues within the manufacturing team (e.g. internal, supplier, customer and customer warranty) and reports KPIs;
·  Ensures compliance and assists with adherence to the Quality Management system (ISO13485);
·  Provides training on Quality awareness;
·  Initiates Non-Conformance management loops;
·  Drives Customer Complaints handling;
·  Participates in cross-functional teams in changes related to current products in meeting customer requirements;
·  Follows-up key-supplier Quality KPIs and work with purchasing to update supplier risk.

You'll be working with a highly motivated and skilled team of (Sr.) Process Engineers and Technicians, who have decades of experience in developing highly innovative solutions. Location : You'll be working at the HighTech Campus in Eindhoven, the Netherlands.

Specific skill requirements for this role include:

·  Bachelor Engineering degree;
·  3+ years of related experience in a regulated industry;
·  Relevant work experience within a product development environment with demonstrable focus on quality
·  Proven track record with 8D methodology;
·  Working knowledge of ISO13485 is a ‘nice-to-have';
·  Green Belt certification is an advantage;
·  Proficient in Dutch & English is mandatory;
·  You're customer focused and possess a continuous improvement mindset;
·  Experience with working in 10+ persons multidisciplinary teams;
·  Strong communicator with stakeholder management and change management skills, since you will have to influence without power.
