Impact the User Experience (UX) and Conversion of Philips websites globally. You will work in a multi-disciplinary team, leading several optimization projects including A/B testing, usability testing, surveys, heat mapping and user journey tracking. We are looking for a data-driven professional who will focus on helping to evaluate and create conversion-centric, digital strategies & experiences, which are aligned with retention, acquisition, and customer delight goals of the business.

You will be responsible for

·  Project managing optimization initiatives tied to strategic goals of the company. Ensure alignment of goals and objectives with global teams and map out the test design and strategy
·  Providing ongoing recommendations to help deliver on key metrics and KPIs, through continuous website testing and user experience improvements
·  Creating and executing deliverables that help inform the ideal experiences for users. This could include items such web analytics reviews, user journeys analysis, expert reviews, task flows, user scenarios and persona development
·  Driving the success of our optimization efforts. Understand the entire process: from KPI definition to execution to insight discover
·  Conducting UX research through both qualitative and quantitative methods.
·  Possessing a sound understanding of web analytics, user segments, and audiences as they relate to the optimization process
·  Translating and communicating test results and data-driven recommendation into an effective message, continually creating insights and value

You are a part of

The Digital Optimization Team, working alongside UX designers/developers, web analysts, and other digital optimization specialists. The Digital Optimization Team sits within Group Digital the Digital Group at the Philips global headquarters in Amsterdam. This is the principal central digital marketing function, charged with deploying digital Thought Leadership globally. The team's focus is optimizing the global user experience of Philips.com and other digital touchpoints across 65 different markets and 35 languages. You will frequently work together with design, IT, analytics, business groups, markets, e-commerce, CRM and web teams.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

·  A completed Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Digital Marketing, Human-Computer Interaction, Economics, Information Science etc. is preferred)
·  Between 3 - 7 years' experience in a fast paced, leading edge Ecommerce organization with demonstrated ability to drive strategy, prioritize the critical few and achieve results
·  Highly proficient in web analytics and A/B testing (e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)
·  Strong knowledge of one or more testing platforms (e.g. Optimizely, Adobe Target)
·  Experience in reporting on success/failure of optimization efforts
·  Strong proficiency in digital marketing & effective website design
·  A sound understanding of the mathematics behind testing
·  Digital proficiency, knowledge of HTML (CSS and JavaScript is a an extra asset)
·  Excellent interpersonal skills: managing stakeholders, managing projects and challenges (under pressure), collaborating with virtual teams
·  Patient, analytical and detailed-oriented whilst remaining the overview
·  Having a methodological approach towards research (a background in psychology or human behavior a plus); organizational skills
·  Good project management skills; driving projects with high exposure
·  Fluent in English (written & verbal)
