Category Development Manager

In this role, you have the opportunity to
Manage Category Management projects through full CatMan cycle to achieve category growth for the retailer and Philips leadership and ROI due to providing high quality expertise in category (market data, shopper's insight).

You are responsible for

·  Initiating category management projects, based on strategy and ROI plans
·  Implementing category management projects according to CatMan processes (ECR model, secure enablers, ensure legal compliance)
·  Lead and organizing all necessary work for project implementation in time (analytics, research, presentation, negotiation, production shelf equipment and other part of project)
·  Providing compliance administration related to Category projects
·  Creating Value propositions through knowledge of market trend & shoppers insight & behavior.

You will report to the Head of Trade Marketing and collaborate with many other teams (Key Account Managers, Marketing Specialists, Sales Team).

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

·  University degree/ related field (business, marketing, sales)
·  3 years in marketing area (market & consumer research or analytics)
·  Analytical mindset and focus
·  Project Management skills
·  Great presentation skills
·  Good management of business relationships
·  Results driven
·  Conceptual thinker with a strong sense of pragmatism
·  Willing to learn
·  Fluent Ukrainian & advanced English
·  Genuine interest for well-being and a healthy lifestyle.
