WE ARE LOOKING TO RECRUIT
· Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or relevant experience.
· 2+ years' experience developing and/or designing applications for the Salesforce.com platform
· Knowledge and practical application of Point-and-Click Salesforce capabilities, Visualforce, APEX programming, Force.com APIs, and Web Services.
· Good understanding of enterprise software technologies and development practices/tools
· Fluent English
An asset would be:
· Certified Force.com Developer (DEV-401), Force.com Advanced Developer (DEV-501), Salesforce.com Administrator (ADM-201) or equivalent experience is a plus.

As an Lead Developer you will:
· Design the migration of our various business systems to our Salesforce.com (SFDC) environment
· Deliver high-quality code (contributing to solution efficiency and reliability) and be a role model for others to follow
· Lead other developers working in the Team
· Translating the new business requirements into solutions, leveraging as much as possible on ‘out-of-the-box' capabilities
· Collaborate with Product Owners
· Contribute to the operational governance body
· Document working software in a an pre-agreed form while keeping a required level of comments in the code (as per Definition of Done)
· Troubleshoot issues and provide fixes that address root cause of specific problem
