Global Innovation Assistant - Internship
Business Development team

Location: Pernod Ricard Headquaters / Paris 75016

Time : 6 months from February 2017

Role Purpose:
The purpose of the role is to assist the Innovation team into coordinating Innovation projects within the group and boosting new ways of working.

Scope:
Intern reporting to Global Creativity and Innovation manager

Key Responsibilities:
· Support the Creativity and Innovation manager into developing the Innovation Pipeline with each entity in the group, and delivering consolidated analysis on Innovation for Pernod Ricard
· Be a community manager of the Innovation Network with inspiring content - the internal social Network called Chatter
· Organise Innovation Apero (internal events)
· Inspire and support the Innovation community with fresh innovative content, encouraging a culture of exchange

Essential:
· Fluent in English
· Good analytical skills to deal with data
· Excellent attention to detail, ensuring deliverables are always to a very high standard
· Committed to the job; finds solutions; positive and motivated; Good at “getting things done”
· Cultural awareness and interpersonal skills – dealing with individuals with different backgrounds and culture
· Planning and Organization – structured planning, organizes time effectively
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Desirable:
· Innovation aptitude – strong creative instincts, driven by a sense of curiosity, a thirst to learn and an ability to rapidly detect and adapt to changes, open to explore new areas
