The qualified individual will work on challenging projects, learn and be developed by our Marketing team. If you are passionate about representing the Absolut and Jameson brands as brand ambassador and champion, this is the role for you !

- Managing brand education /mentoring activities as :
- Support to the brand team in planning, testing, implementation, and evaluation of Absolut and Jameson field / brand development activity.
- Build optimum share of mind for the brand amongst all PR employees
- Identify and conduct tastings / education for groups of target consumers / opinion leaders.
- Following brand development activities :
- In cooperation with brand team and sales force, identify & target Absolut and Jameson on trade accounts for brand image/development.
- Build relationships & development plans for each target outlet including consumer and trade promotions, brand visibility etc.
- Recruit & convert target consumers to the brand through trial.
- Seek relevant opportunities for brand development – trade associations, relevant events etc.
- Maintain & optimize relationships with on trade and off trade outlets where appropriate.
- Become an authority on market dynamics providing market insights to local team & to The Absolut Company and Irish Distillers Limited from learnings.
- Supporting directly Brand Manager for the tasks :
- Support in implementation, tracking and evaluation of planned promotional activity in the on/off trade.
- Provision and presentation of Absolut and Jameson best practice to assist in design and implementation of key on/off trade activities.
- Proposal, presentation and on brand team approval, trial of new brand initiatives, either international best practice or original.
- Provision of market intelligence, investigating, analyzing and reporting on key competitor activity
- Support in deciding the events if it is suitable for Absolut and Jameson or community management
- PR/ Event/Digital support activity ,
- Identify opportunities in market suitable for Absolut and Jameson involvement
- Engagement with influential lifestyle social media: As vodka&whisky ambassador, represent our brands to trade & lifestyle press & social media when/where opportunities arise.
- In co – operation with PR marketing/PR, highlight & promote brands' PR activities
- Find new communities for Absolut&Jameson to arrange mentoring or events with them.

Qualifications

- Graduated from reputable universities' business administration/commercial faculties
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong Microsoft Office Skills including Excel and PowerPoint
- Have a valid B Class driving license
- No military obligation for male candidates
