Job Summary
The main task for the brand ambassador/brand manager assistant is to participate in the development of the local marketing plan to promote the awareness and the distribution for the brands Ricard and Lillet in Belgium and Luxemburg.
Key responsibilities
Trainer on Lillet: product speech, elaboration, analysis of the competitor, tastings
- On Trade team
- Bartenders and bar owners
- Consumers
Development of the brand Lillet:
- Further develop the promotion and consumption of Lillet as aperitif in Belgium
- Organize promotions for the consumers in the different distribution networks
- Help in the development of the Lillet distribution in on-trade
PR and Events Ricard/Lillet:
- Attendance at the key events (tastings, fairs, exhibitions, shows….)
- Work closely with PR agencies who is in charge to create some activities
Support brand management Ricard/Lillet:
- Support in the day-to-day work of social media for Belgium with the brand manager and the digital agency
- Support in the development in goodies, gifts and value added packs (promotions)
- Support in planning and organization for actions and partnership (events)
- Administrative support for the A&P budgets
- Support for reporting internally, to the brand owner
- Share Best Practices with other markets
Profile
Master in Sales or Marketing, with preferably one-year experience
International Mindset (have studied or lived abroad)
Fluent in English and French, Dutch is an asset.
Oenology is an asset
Dynamic, enthusiast, he/she represents the brand’s values (elegance, convivialité, refinement).
Team spirit, proactive, social
Organized, conscientious, multitask
Driving license is mandatory
Practical information
Based in Brussels but with travel all over Belgium and Luxemburg
It is not a 9-5 job
You must be available during the evenings and the weekends
