JOB SUMMARY
Support the Logistics Manager in the performance of his duties (replenishment of stocks, demand planning, stock control, co-packing activity, logistics dashboard and analyses, etc.)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Support for the Logistics Manager
- Preparation of a logistics dashboard (definition of KPIs and performance analysis)
- Operational monitoring of inventory procurement:
- Monthly stock control: 3PL stock compared to stock of PR Belgium
- Ensure monitoring of block stocks
- Confirm the follow-up of orders: send reminders if necessary
- Monitor orders in transit
- Create an SKU and ITS of EAN codes for repack
- Contact freight forwarders and suppliers to pick up the goods
- Interactions with the other departments (Sales management, Marketing, Sales, …)
Co-packing activities
- Attend Sales & Operations meetings
- See to the administrative monitoring of promotional actions to Key Account Managers (KAMs) and Trade Marketing
- Monitor repack activities
- Coordinate the display needs with the KAMs, Trade marketing and Field Sales Manager
CRITICAL SKILLS REQUIRED:

- Autonomy / Initiative taking
Specific requirements:
- Master Degree
- Good knowledge of Office tools
- Fluent English
