If you are analytical, curious, results oriented and passionate working with numbers & Excel, join The Absolut Company Finance department on a VIE contract based in Stockholm. You will support The Absolut Company brands (Absolut, Malibu, Kahlua) in value growth via proactive business and financial analysis.

What capabilities are we looking for?
Functional skills:
· Strong analytical skills
· Very good Excel knowledge required
· Advanced Excel skills (e.g. knowledge of macros/VBA) will be considered an advantage
· Fluent in English (verbal and written)
Personality:
· Pro-active, curious, solution oriented and independent
· Structured, able to manage several projects/deadlines at the same time
· Looking for continuous improvements, in analyses as well as processes/ways of working
· Interested in managing big amounts of data and numbers, paying attention to details
· Flexible and demonstrating good communication skills, including the ability to interact with other departments (marketing, operations etc.) with limited financial understanding
· Team work oriented and capable to work in an international/cross-cultural environment
What will be your responsibilities?
· Provide management with financial reports and analyses on TAC brands’ performance
· Support in business controlling and analysis of the brand portfolio, e.g. pricing and cost analysis
· Support standard cost process for ABSOLUT
· Drive continuous improvement of processes and tools within area of responsibility
· Provide financial support to Marketing Team
What will you do exactly?
· Prepare monthly reporting book
· Prepare monthly and ad hoc reports on commercial activity (pricing, mix impact, margin structure, marketing spends)
· Prepare and manage P&L simulation files for annual budget and 4-year plan process
· Manage standard cost and transfer price requests from PR distributors
· Support analyses regarding TAC brands production costs
· Support margin in stock process (twice a year)
· Support management of the BIS tool access rights
Who will you work with?
· Immediate manager (Business Analysis Manager) and peers (Business Analysts)
· PR Holding finance team
· TAC production team
· Marketing team for ad hoc requests
What qualifications should you have?
· Master Degree
· University degree in finance, preferably accounting/controlling/information systems
· International Mindset (studying or working abroad)
· Experience from working in a FMCG company will be considered an advantage
