PERNOD RICARD BELGIUM
JOB SUMMARY
- Participate in the charting of the strategy for brands and the action plans that ensue.
- Develop offline and online activation and communication campaigns for the constituent brands of the portfolio of vodkas, single malts and cognacs.
- The JBM will represent Pernod Ricard and the brands of all the points of contact (on-trade and off-trade teams, consumers, customers, press, etc.)
- Establish relations with major accounts to support the development of promotional events and activities with the sales force, hold tasting and training events.
Support the development of the strategy by:
- Analyzing the market and consumer insights
- Analyzing prices and sales performance in a defined competitive set.
- Implement projects with the consent of the owners of the brands and the management of PR Belgium, pursuant to the strategic objective defined in the market plan.
Qualitative aspect: Ensure professionalism and assume responsibilities. Become a reference on the FMCG market. Improve the marketing mix and enhance the Brand Equity for all the brands.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Brand Education
- Boost awareness of the brands among all PRB employees.
- Educate PRB sales force and distributor ensuring overall understanding of the categories, specific features of the brand and key differentiation qualities.
- Organize tasting / educational events among the major accounts of target consumer groups, opinion and press leaders.
- Coordinate the visits of customers/consumers/press among the brand owners.
Business and Brand Development
- Build and manage the relationship with key accounts selected to deliver business growth locally
- Develop an on
- and off-trade activation calendar among selected customers.
- Develop the promotional plan and ensure its implementation, in line with the worldwide directives and brand strategy
Public Relations
- Coordinate public relations activities with the public relations agency: Supervise press releases to key persons (media)
- Develop a network the media influencers.
- Organize press dinners and travel
- Ensure media coverage through the presence of brand representatives.
Interactions
- Preferred point of contact with the internal departments (Trade Marketing, On-Trade, Off-Trade)
- Marketing: Co-supervise promotional activities among customers
- Team: Marketing Team
Reports
- Provide support for the development of various reports for use inside and outside the department.
- Different presentations, compliance with obligations for publications, adaptation of documents for common work (summary datasheet, promotional plan, reports, etc.)
CRITICAL SKILLS REQUIRED
You have excellent social skills, extensive analysis capacities and are prepared to go into the field. Your charisma and natural leadership will enable you to bolster the image of the brands for which you are responsible among the sales network and to disseminate specific expertise for the market among internal operatives.
Your creativity and entrepreneurial spirit will enable you to develop customized actions/recommendations to meet the strategic objectives set.

- This position requires participation in events and meetings outside the normal working hours.
- Driving license type B.
Qualifications desired:
