As TA Coordinator you will be a member of TA team and you will work closely with recruiters, hiring managers and candidates during end to end hiring process.

Responsibilities:
·  Coordination of recruitment activities like interview scheduling, EB events, career fairs
·  Maintaining social media posts
·  Managing of shared mailbox
·  Administering of online and psychometric tests for candidates
·  Keeping all stakeholders up to date (especially Hiring Managers, Recruiters and Candidates)
·  Ensuring all processes are administered accurately and in timely mannner

Qualifications/Requirements

·  Strong administration skills
·  Very good written and spoken English
·  Knowledge of other European languages would be an asset
·  Knowledge of MS Office package
·  Ability to multi-task and consistently work against the right priorities
·  Previous experience in Recruitment would be beneficial
