Now hiring a Payroll Process Analyst to join our team in Cork on a contract for the duration of 12 months.
We are the concentrate team in PepsiCo (PGCS) working across the Beverage, Nutrition and Snacks categories to deliver concentrate for many of PepsiCo’s mega brands including Gatorade, 7Up and Pepsi. We are at the heart of PepsiCo products, sourcing ingredients to manufacture more than 1,200 recipes for our brands. Role summary
The Payroll Process Analyst is responsible for supporting the execution of our payroll processes and payroll controls to deliver accurate weekly and monthly payrolls to tight deadlines. They will also support payroll related HRIS transactions, T&A and payroll process improvement projects.

Primary Accountabilities
Payroll / Benefits Management


·  Support collation, preparation and completion of weekly and monthly payrolls accurately and to tight deadlines
·  Execute payroll validation and payroll controls to deliver payroll right first time
·  Liaise with employees and other stakeholders to resolve any payroll queries in a timely manner
·  Help manage pension, healthcare, social security and other payroll associated benefits in conjunction with benefit providers
·  Manage relationship with internal and external payroll stakeholders
·  Lead payroll process improvement projects
·  Maintain continuous improvement mindset and identify process improvement opportunities to enhance service delivery
·  Ensure all comp & ben processes always remain audit compliant.
HRIS Management

·  Provide support to maintain myHR system for Ireland
·  Assist with data validation and myHR updates and projects
·  Management of any audit processes, working closely with Finance teams.
·  Provide analysis and reporting information as required.
·  Assist with other ad-hoc projects as they arise

Qualifications/Requirements

Essential Skills

·  A business-related degree, HR or Finance qualification preferred
·  Experience processing high volume payroll
·  Strong analytical and systems experience
·  Previous payroll process improvement and streamlining experience.
·  Excellent organisational, interpersonal and employee relations skills
·  High-level PC literacy, with MS Excel proficiency preferred Desired Skills

·  Experience working in a multinational organisation and / or manufacturing industry is an advantage
·  Previous experience of a HRIS system (myHR preferred).
·  T&A system experience an advantage (Core, Kronos)
·  Experience dealing with pensions, share purchase schemes
·  IPASS qualification
·  Lean systems qualification/experience
