We are recruiting for a Manufacturing Supervisor to join our Operations team in Little Island, on a permanent basis.
We are the concentrate team in PepsiCo (PGCS) working across the Beverage, Nutrition and Snacks categories to deliver concentrate for many of PepsiCo’s mega brands including Gatorade, 7Up and Pepsi.

Position Purpose and Primary Accountabilities

·  Co-Ordinate efficient staging and management of the finished goods warehouse.
·  Manage stock levels and allocations to ensure optimum storage capacity.
·  Ensure efficient staging and management of materials/orders from production.
·  Implement quarterly cycle count program in compliance with PepsiCo Inventory Processes.
·  Ensure efficient stock management of all packaging items based on the required usages.
·  Manage deliveries and transfers of finished goods from suppliers and other PepsiCo locations.
·  Facilitate the daily meeting in the warehouse (Winning at the point of action)
·  Ensure workload is efficiently allocated across the finished goods team.
·  Drive the HSE and quality agenda for the warehouse team
·  Ensure all GCS and audit requirements are maintained at all times.
·  Maintain stock allocation and accuracy on the PepsiCo system.
·  Ensure effective inventory management within area ensuring compliance with all MRB, cycle count and yearly stock checks.
·  Control the QC due process and ensure all requirements are met under agreed timelines.
·  Comply with all HACCP and quality requirements within department.
·  Demonstrate continuous reassessment in all areas of the role’s function therefore driving improvement and reduce non-value added activity.
·  A requirement of the role is that you must adhere to all PepsiCo Health & Safety

Qualifications/Requirements

Essential Criteria:

Experience of warehousing in a manufacturing environment.

• Successful completion of leaving certificate or equivalent.

• Experience of SAP an advantage.

• Committed to quality with the drive to fulfill objectives within deadlines.

• Initiative and a high degree of self-motivation.

• Ability to manage conflicting priorities and deliver on key priorities.

• A focus on continuous improvement and adding value to the business.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
