Job Description

Responsible for IT (hardware, software, Professional Services and Telecom) & HR Services ( Medical Insurance, Travel, Courier, Trainings, Recruitment, Travel- hotels and events ),
Sustainability deliver %5 +pa productivity through total cost of ownership approach and cross functional partnership,
Support team to increase IT & HR Services purchasing coverage in Turkey to 90%+ especially in HR Services, through driving credibility and trust with internal stakeholders, PepsiCo purchasing community and suppliers,
Build category expertise and market intelligence for categories of responsibility,
Lead sourcing events at Turkey level for categories of responsibility and implement new Event Strategy,
Implement Supplier Relationship Management, evaluation processes and relevant KPI’s covering quality/ service / innovation / sustainability / value for categories of responsibility,
Develop and share best practices via effective networking with IT & HR Services category leads in Europe and other local IT & HR Services Buyers,
Control and governance for categories of responsibility,
Track, report and capture value delivery in Turkey for categories of responsibility,
Own and manage categories on myBuy: ensure category cards & new supplier approvals are in place and delivery of planned myBuy spend throughput and savings for categories of responsibility,
As a part of responsiiblities, she(he) will build category expertise, develop purchasing strategies using 7 step sourcing process, ensure market intelligence and align purchasing strategies with business strategies and priorities,
The role will closely support the ESSA category sourcing team to deliver the short and long term productivity pipeline for the ESSA business and will ensure smooth E2E projects implementation,

Qualifications/Requirements

·  A strong background in Indirects Purchasing within FMCG environment
·  Minimum 5 years experience
·  Ability to lead and apply strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management and total cost of ownership
·  Sound knowledge of Indirects categories particularly for IT & HR Services categories
·  Excellent business acumen, knowledge of financial fundamentals and analytical skills
·  Excellent negotiation and influencing skills
·  Ability to interact with key stakeholders and build trust at all levels of the organisation
·  Turkish plus fluency in written and spoken English
·  University Degree in Engineering Faculty
