Job Description

Main accountabilities:
·  Provide monthly AOP, forecasting and support planning cycles
·  Provide PSP Strategic planning, supporting with assumptions proposal and scenarios build ups, as well as monthly analysis of costs
·  Perform comparative analyses on current year actuals performance
·  Carry out ad-hoc analyses & financial modeling to support decision making as required
·  Prepare and distribute reports to relevant key stakeholders
·  Actively participate in process and system improvement projects in KBS

Qualifications/Requirements

·  Solid few years of professional experience in finance planning area within multifunctional, dynamic environment
·  Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, strong ability to work in Excel
·  Knowledge of planning and reporting systems would be beneficial (TM1 / Hyperion / Tableau / Alteryx)
·  ACCA / CIMA would be a big advantage
·  Ability to deal with unstructured problems in the complex matrix organization
·  Good problem solving and analytical skills
·  Proficiency in English language
·  Exceptional communication skills and ability to work across markets, cultures and at all levels in the organization within virtual teams
