We are looking for a National Account Controller to join one of our Top 4 accounts here at PepsiCo. We pride ourselves on our superb Sales workforce. Main responsibilities:

·  Strategically grow and own the P&L across all existing & new brands - integrating into wider customer team
·  Own customer relationships to be a strategic partner, creating partnerships which have long term aspirations to be strategic alliances with the retailer
·  Work with the UK Leadership team to share learnings, approach & re-deploy key initiatives
·  Accountable for the delivery of in-store execution standards of distribution, display, and promotion as defined in the UK annual marketing calendar, operating plan and customer JBP
·  Build and nurture key customer relationships up to Category Director level
·  Communicate a clear vision and objectives to the team, to motivate and inspire their performance
·  Continually develop the capabilities of the team, via coaching, feedback, and formal training
·  Manage and develop ‘best in class’ cross-functional relationships both internally and externally across; Net Rev, Shopper Marketing, Customer Insights, Supply, Marketing, Finance & Credit Control

Qualifications/Requirements

·  FMCG sales background; with experience of account ownership
·  Experience of building a JBP with a customer
·  Experienced and proven negotiation skills
·  Computer literacy – Microsoft Office / Analyser / Business Objects
·  Key Competencies - results-driven, prioritisation skills, analytical, strategic focus, negotiating, productive communication, collaboration.
