Job Description

The purpose of the role:
·  Be a financial partner for commercial functions;
·  Provide clarity of financial impact of commercial activities;
·  Drive team and support systems transformations;
·  Drive growth with profitability in mindset;
Your everyday tasks will cover:
·  Leading and coordinating budgeting processes (AOP, Forecasts) for Top Lines (volume, pricing, Net Revenue) between Marketing, Sales / Trade Marketing and Top Management for Beverages and Snacks;
·  Leading process of Brand P&L’s preparation and evaluation based on different scenarios and review of profitability;
·  Providing insightful management information related to the performance of Top Lines and variances versus plans and historical periods; providing reports and analysis evaluating financial impact;
·  Delivering regular Corporate Reporting according to Sector requirements (Brands, Channels, NRRs, etc.);
·  Leading Revenue Governance agenda for Beverages and Snacks Categories in partnering with Senior Commercial Teams and Brand Managers to ensure that key Net Revenue KPIs are achieved in line with strategic goals and AOP targets are obtained;
·  Driving Tools & Systems (TM1, PGT, MOSAIC, BI..) usage and development to reduce repetitive work, increase automation and standardization, leverage technology in everyday work in order to support changes in ongoing business;
·  Ensuring personal development of employees by regular work on improving their skills, develops talents;

Qualifications/Requirements

Desired competencies:
·  High level of business acumen, commercially savvy, with strong analytical skills;
·  S trong financial background with sound commercial understanding;
·  3 - 6 yrs+ overall experience;
·  Has good knowledge of how FMCGs Commercial business operate and interact;
·  Fluent English and Polish;
·  MS Office literate (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, advanced working knowledge of analytical applications);
·  University degree (preferably in Finance);
·  Lea dership skills and experience;
·  Excellent communication and people skills;
·  Ability to work effectively in a complex, fluid cross-functional environment managing significant amounts of change, and being able to influence a broad base of cross-functional stakeholders & peers, clearly articulates , simplify and presents information;
·  Looks ahead to reasonably anticipate business opportunities and obstacles;
·  Change-driver , leading team to do things differently;
