MAIN PURPOSE

The main purpose of the role is to give support to the Business Intelligence department across channels & countries (Spain and Portugal, Retail and Away From Home) becoming a key business partner capable to give an holistic market and portfolio perspective.

You will work in a department that shares insights in order to support PepsiCo’s strategy definition and influences the business decisions taken by the Head of Brand and Commercial Strategy, Sales, Marketing, Trade Marketing and Revenue Management team.

You will track the penetration and share of market performance, providing clear and accurate diagnostics in order to understand the current situation, anticipate possible risks and draw out recommended actions.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

·  Analyses data and translates it into actionable insights across all dimensions (categories, brands, shoppers, competitors, channels and customers).
·  Drives clarity on external performance and drivers, drawing out clear implications and recommended actions by country and channel.
·  Delivers robust situation assessments that identify and prioritize market and portfolio/brand growth issues/opportunities.
·  Is capable of working with multiple departments (Revenue Management, Category Management, Shopper Insights, Marketing, Planning and Sales).

Qualifications/Requirements

REQUIREMENTS

·  Graduate ideally with ADE and /or business qualification.
·  Strong analytical skills, being able to synthetize and integrate multiple sources
·  Accumulated minimum 1 year of experience
·  Strong communication skills
·  Positively valued: experience in market research tools (e.g. Kantarworldpanel, Nielsen, IRI)
·  Fluent in English
