PepsiCo has been present on the Italian market since 1960 with today about 200 people and 1 production site owned in Scorzè & offices in Milan. We operate mainly in the soft drinks sector with the Pepsi brand, sports drinks (Gatorade), Tropicana fruit juice and the cold tea Lipton. February 2014 finally marks the arrival in Italy of Lay's, fully coordinated into the portfolio of the Italian branch since July 2017. Do you want to join one of the most iconic and recognized consumer brands’ company around the globe? We are recruiting 2 Assistant Brand Manager to join our Marketing team in Milan.

Accountabilities

1/Key Contribution in Market Unit Calendar
•Support in a proactive way the Brand Manager for Commercial Business Review: supporting the Brand Manager in analysing Brand Health status (Market Share, Brand KPIs, Panel Data, etc.) and Regional Business Review by providing timely input on marketing topics.

2/ Brand Management and Development
•Lead artwork development and approval processes alongside key agencies and internal stakeholders
•Track, monitor and report A&M budget ensuring variances are highlighted in a timely manner. Purchase Orders coordination.

3/ Brand Communication Activities
•Deliver in alignment with Brand Manager efficient communication plan (with focus on POS activation programs and Digital Agenda)
•Lead the Digital agenda being responsible of all Digital Brand Assets, with alignment with your manager.
•Plan, develop and execute consumer promotional activities including POP, events and co- marketing.

4/ Consumer Insights, Research
•Analyze and monitor the brand performance (sell-in and sell-out): benchmark products across the market unit product line, monitor competitive activity and identify customer needs.

5/ Handling Cross-organizational relationship and Internal Stakeholder
•Work actively with Market Unit network and all key company departments
•Provide reporting on market trends and project progresses.
•Coordinate project with Supply Chain on ongoing basis.
•Co-work with Sales function to successfully sell in products and programs to Trade.
•Get involved in touch points with West Europe & South Africa (WESA) Category Team and Marketing Team.

Qualifications/Requirements

•At least 2 years’ experience with functional knowledge of core marketing disciplines
•Proficient in Italian & English; Spanish is considered a Plus
•Good knowledge of IRI/Nielsen database
•Basic business understanding and evidence of commercial awareness
•Excellent time management and interpersonal skills – ability to balance a number of priorities
•Ability to analyze and draw conclusions quickly from data
•Self-starter with a can do attitude & team player.
