Poste et missions:
Within the Business Unit Bakery Mixes, Puratos is looking for a young professional to join the R&D Bakery Mixes team, responsible for the development of innovative products in the fast growing category of breads with grains and cereals and soft and sweet bakery items. In this position you will be assigned specific project in the area of innovation and support the R&D managers in their daily tasks(production support, definition of procedures...).
This will include:
- Literature research;
- Proposing, organizing and carrying out baking trials to test impact of selected ingredients on bread making;
- Evaluating quality of final products, writing trial reports and analyzing results.
Next to this mission you’ll take care of supporting production in….
- Creating procedure for Shelf-Life tests to validate the Raw Materials and the Finished products
- Lead small projects in collaboration with Purchase department and Production for approval of Raw materials.
Finally you’ll help us in
- preparing and organizing technical seminars.
Profil:
- You recently graduated, with a Master’s degree in Food technology or with a Bachelor degree with some years of experience in the Bakery sector.
- You are dynamic, hands-on and proactive;
- You have good communication, presentation, planning and organization skills.
- You’re sincerely interested in the bakery world, an experience in the bakery industry is a plus;
- Fluent in English, French or Dutch is an extra-added value.
