Missions
Sous la responsabilité du Responsable d'Exploitation de la restauration, vous participez au pilotage des restaurants et points de vente à emporter du Parc. A ce titre :
• Vous participez à la mise en œuvre de la stratégie commerciale du service Restauration : élaboration des budgets, organisation des restaurants, choix des produits et de l'offre évènementielle
• Vous participez à la bonne coordination des restaurants afin d'en assurer un fonctionnement optimal
• Vous participez aux projets d'investissement de la rédaction du cahier des charges au choix du prestataire
Profil
• Vous suivez une formation de niveau Master en hôtellerie-restauration
• Vous disposez de réelles capacités d'adaptation et savez gérer vos priorités.
• Vous souhaitez vous investir dans une expérience riche d'apprentissages
