Missions
Sous la responsabilité du Responsable d'Exploitation de la restauration et en rattachement fonctionnel à la Responsable du contrôle de gestion, vous participez au pilotage budgétaire des restaurants et points de vente à emporter du Parc. A ce titre :
• Vous participez à la construction et au pilotage des budgets et reportings du service restauration et réalisez le suivi et l'analyse des résultats et des indicateurs de performance
• Vous participez à la construction des présentations budgétaires et des dashboards
• Vous contribuez à la formalisation des processus et à l'animation du processus budgétaire du service
• Vous participez au suivi de la facturation
Profil
• Vous suivez une formation de niveau Bac+4/5 en management et gestion
• Vous savez faire preuve d'une grande rigueur et d'un excellent relationnel
• Vous souhaitez vous investir dans une expérience riche d'apprentissages
